Managing or coaching a team is a very rewarding experience. It is a great way to be a positive influence on kids in our community during their formative years. We know there are people reading this who would like to give it a try, and the league wants to encourage those people to apply. Also we are lucky to have a group of experienced people who managed or coached our teams in the past, and we encourage those people to come back for another year.
