  properly; a team can't expect to execute a double-play when one guy can't
  throw the ball and the other one can't catch it. Players should spend mos=
t of
  their time on catching and throwing because without those skills defensive
  play will always be inconsistent.</span><span style=3D'font-size:10.0pt'>=

  <p><span style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana'>The key to improv=
ing
  the basic skills of catching and throwing the ball can be accomplished by
  using proper mechanics when warming up in practice. Players should focus =
on
